From New Haven, Connecticut, Damond acquired his passion for Public Adjusting at the age of 19. After nearly a decade of working for his father’s public adjusting firm, Damond founded his own public adjusting firm, called For The People, in California. After learning of the multiple perils that overwhelm California, Damond felt the need to extend a hand to communities that need his services the most. His primary goal is to treat people with care, and to handle the client’s insurance claim with their best interest in mind. Damond currently serves in the United States Air National Guard, serving the country alongside your community Public Adjuster.
